Copen — Installed a Short Antenna!

The stock antenna on the Copen always felt a bit… long. It’s kind of too noticeable , isn’t it? Of course, you can’t just remove it — you’d lose radio reception entirely. And taking it on and off every time you want to listen to the radio? Way too much hassle. So, I decided to try a short antenna — only 80mm long! Once installed, it really cleaned up the look: Much more streamlined Less visually distracting A better match for the car’s compact design Radio reception? Well... Let’s be honest — yes, it’s a bit weaker . But that’s to be expected from such a short antenna. In my case, though, it’s not a big issue: I rarely listen to the radio When I do, it’s usually AM baseball broadcasts I’m not picky about sound quality Even FM still comes through with acceptable clarity for casual listening. Considering the price and the visual improvement, I’d say this is a great little upgrade — another simpl
